Who can attend this event?
Anyone can register to attend this event! This event has excellent programming for pharmacists from all areas of practice and we encourage all pharmacists to register for this event.

I am a student. Can I attend? And are there sponsorships for students?
Students are definitely encouraged to attend. As a student, since no CE is required, you can attend at the reduced rate. This covers all event materials, event meals, etc. Pharmacists or other pharmacy supporters may contribute or provide for student sponsorships and those will be provided to interested students on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, pharmacists who are providing sponsorship CAN specify/name a student to receive that sponsorship. If you are interesting in sponsoring a student or want to inquire about available sponsorships, please contact us at Students, if you wish to apply for a sponsorship, you can do so here!

I have booked a spa appointment time that conflicts with a CE course. What do I do?
Each of the sessions for the weekend are credited individually. Should you need to miss a session due to a conflict, you will not received credit for that particular session. Partial credit is not provided. Please keep any credit/program needs in mind when scheduling your spa appointments.

My family member/friend wants to join me for the reception, and/or breakfasts. Can he/she come?
SCPhA has designed the guest rate to cover the cost of event materials (bag, handouts, etc.) and the cost of meal functions (reception and two breakfasts). If your guest plans on attending any of these functions as well, we ask that you register him/her as a guest. Name tags are required at all food and education events. If your guest would only like to attend the dinner reception on Friday evening, please purchase a ticket for that event.

Cancellation Policy: You must notify the Association in writing at least five business days before the meeting to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than five business days before the event or no-shows. There will be a $25 handling charge for all cancellations requiring a refund. Please note that the threat of inclement weather shall not be sufficient to override our cancellation policy.
